Paradise Sips is a popup tropical drinks and exotic fruit business. Our location may change based on markets, events, and availability.
We may appear at Riverside Arts Market and other local popup events. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for our latest location updates.
Pickup location may vary. Please call or text 904-206-7342 before pickup to confirm where we are located that day.
Customers should confirm pickup timing in advance.

5. Delivery

Local delivery within 50 miles of Jacksonville.
Free delivery on orders of $50 or more.
A delivery fee may apply on orders under $50.
Delivery times depend on availability and schedule.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available when ordered by 2PM, but is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

6. Payments

Online payments may be processed through Shopify.
Accepted payment methods depend on Shopify settings.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Order Issues

Because Paradise Sips products are fresh, perishable goods, refund and cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is prepared, whichever comes first. Once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, picked up, delivered, or partially consumed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 904-206-7342. We review order issues case by case and may offer a replacement, substitution, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refund and cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, or before the order is prepared, whichever comes first.
Fresh/perishable items may not be refundable once prepared or fulfilled.
Delivery fees may not be refundable once delivery has been attempted.
Seasonal or unavailable items may be substituted, delayed, credited, or refunded.
